Third Encore’s Satellite Studio is a unique production and rehearsal option for clients that require extra space and privacy. The Satellite Studio is rented with 24-hour access with a unique entry / security code generated for each booking. Since this is a private facility you will have access and use of the entire property during the rental.
Boasting 1 large studio, a 2nd studio / auxillary space, kitchenette, 2 restrooms, 3 production office suites, gated parking for 9 cars, semi-truck load-in access, 3 phase cam lock tie in power, and high speed dedicated fiber hardwired and wireless internet.
Spread out and take over the facility for a day, week(s), or months at a time.
This location is not staffed; however, it is located less than 2 miles door to door from our main studio campus and our friendly staff are just a phone call away for any additional needs you may have.

Each of our studios come equipped with a professional tour-quality audio package (floor wedge monitors, side fills, and digital mixing console, see studio pages for specs/details for each studio), 8’x8′ drum riser on 1′ or 2′ legs, full microphone package, production/FOH suites and are managed by our highly experienced sound technicians.
Our large campus is designed for your convenience, with ample parking area for both artists and crew, wide open loading bays, ground level entry and plenty of room on the lot for easy truck and bus access.
